  • Kerepihi WTP upgrade

  • Waila and Tamavua Water Treatment Plants Upgrade

    • The contract was for the supply and installation of two 200m3 CST, glass fused to steel tanks for the the storage of untreated sludge.  These were constructed on site by SEL, including the supply and installation of access ladders and

    • This MBR plant was designed by Harrison Grierson and was largely a green fields build.  Service Engineers Ltd was responsible for the installation of proprietary mechanical equipment supplied by the principal, such as the MBR modules and the inlet screen.

    • Service Engineers' contract covered the following: design and build of ancillary systems for the co-generation upgrade (including stainless and plastic piping systems for digester and natural gas); selection, supply and installation of Gas blowers, boilers, gas dryer, pumps, etc.

    • Projects completed on the Mangere site over the years are as follows:   2003 - Gas Burner upgrade. 2003 - Siloxane removal system for digester gas. 2003 - HS2 removal system. Design build of 2 large stainless steel pressure vessels. 2005 - Fairview pump station.
  • Rosedale WWTP Other contracts
    • Project:Rosedale WWTP Other contracts
    • Client:North Shore City Council
    • Year:1997 - 2009
    • Other projects completed on the Rosedale site over the years:   1997 - Inlet works mechanical upgrade. 1999 - Design and Build 2 x 22m diameter floating gas holder digester covers and all associated blowers, heaters, pumps and piping. 2000 - Sludge dewatering upgrade.
