Contract Management

Whether it is acting as "Head Contractor", employed directly by the principal, or as a "Sub Contractor", employed by the head contractor, Service Engineers is familiar with most common forms of contract arrangements, such as those listed below:

  • NZS 3910:2003
  • FIDIC
  • NZIA
  • NZMBF
  • NEC3

We place a strong emphasis on our project staff having a good understanding of commercial arrangements and deliverables required under contract conditions.

Co-ordination of sub contractors; typically from civil, building, electrical, and specialist disciplines such as PLC and SCADA programming or fire safety systems, regularly form part of our contract scope.

Programming of works is typically carried out using MS Projects and through regular site and project meetings with sub contractors and the client.

We have comprehensive in house QA and Health and Safety programs that meet industry best practice and statutory requirements.

Service Engineers Limited pride ourselves on being a competent contractor delivering the client's project on time, within budget and without incident.
